Hailee & Gabe

What an enjoyable and casual wedding Hailee & Gabe created for friends and family. The ceremony and reception took place at the historic Darby House estate (http://www.darbyhouse.com/contact.php) located near Columbus, OH. Hailee looked beautiful with her long hair stylishly arranged; a flowing white dress and the veil over her face added a touch of elegance. The girls went bare foot and had their toes painted yellow to match the sunflower bouquets. What fun.

Amber & David, August 14, 2010

Amber and David married in the historic Madison Christian Church in Covington, KY (http://www.mchurch.com/). Surrounded by magnificent stain glass windows, the couple said their vows among friends and family. Amber was striking in her strapless dress and double veil. The summery blue and sage colors of the flowers and bridesmaids dresses were perfect for a warm weather wedding. The reception took place just down the road at the Madison South (http://www.thecovingtonmadison.com/) where the David and Amber enjoyed sharing the evening with their guest.

Nancy & Mark July 30, 2010

Nancy & Mark married on the grounds of the Royal Oak Country Club (http://www.royaloakcountryclub.com/) on a beautiful Friday evening. As the sun lowered, it cast an exquisite light on the couple and the flower adorned arbor. Nancy was exquisite in her chiffon dress and her hair, done by Angela, was perfect for this wonderful occasion.

The couple is so comfortable and in love with each other – which is confirmed in every photo.

Kelly & Mitch Engagement Photographs

Kelly and Mitch will marry June 26, 2011. The two met in grad school as they worked towards their masters in math. Both now have good jobs teaching high school kids in the Cincinnati area.

The wedding is taking place at the Jungle Jim's Oscar Event Center (http://www.junglejims.com/oscareventcenter/index.asp) -- a new one for me, but I am sure the food will be good.

We met last week at one of my favorite Cincinnati City Parks, Ault Park, (http://www.aultparkac.org/) to take photos in the late afternoon light. As you can see, we came away with some fantastic engagement photos. I am looking forward to the wedding.

Lindsey & Jason July 10, 2010

Lindsey and Jason have many friends and after meeting them, I understood why. Both enjoy life and made the day enjoyable for all. Lindsey looked magnificent in her dress, fitting her perfectly. The ceremony was at the historic St Xavier Church (www.stxchurch.org/) on Sycamore. Once the service was over the wedding party then strolled down the Cincinnati city streets to the manicured P&G Gardens for some lively wedding photography. The champagne was popped as the limo headed to Aston Oaks Golf Club(www.astonoaksgolfclub.com/golf/proto/astonoaksgolfclub/ ) to be with friends, family, and a few more wedding photos on the greens.

Julie & Kevin June 12, 2010

On the day of Julie and Kevin's wedding the rain poured all morning, but just an hour before the ceremony the rain subsided. Even though the wedding was taking place inside at the 20th Century Theater in Oakley (http://www.the20thcenturytheatre.com/), Julie and Kevin were very willing to go outside for images. The streets of Oakley were wet and under construction, but we found a bit of green space between all the orange barrels and fencing to create some great images. The wedding colors were red and black which made for striking images outside against the green leaves and inside the theater.

May 29 Wedding

There are times when I will photograph a wedding for another wedding photography company in Cincinnati, Ohio. This was one of them. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon for a wedding and the weather cooperated. The wedding photographs were taken on the grounds of a local Cincinnati city park with large graceful trees,  immaculate grounds, flower gardens and an elegant old mansion. A perfect place for an outdoor wedding. The bride and groom were full of life and enjoyed every minute of their wedding celebration.
